The scientific journal “Economics: time realities” is established on the editorial basis of the Odessа Polytechnic State University Institute of Business, Economics and information Technologies, by the Rector Order №73 dated the 08.08.2011, substantiated with the Scientific Council resolution taken the 24 May 2011 (minutes №9).
Currently, the publisher of the journal is Odessa Polytechnic National University.
Aim and Scope of the Journal.
The journal is dedicated to addressing contemporary issues and prospective trajectories in economic development at the macro-, meso-, and micro-levels. It publishes original research findings, applied studies, and methodological contributions in the fields of economics and international economic relations; accounting and taxation; finance, banking, insurance, and capital markets; management; public administration and governance; marketing; trade; tourism and recreation.
The journal also covers current challenges in economics and management, including innovation and investment processes, entrepreneurship development, as well as informational and mathematical support of economic systems, with particular emphasis on contemporary issues of regional development.
The journal is intended for scholars, academic staff, higher education students, and practitioners engaged in research and applied problem-solving related to economic development and the functioning of economic systems.
Objectives of the Journal.
The primary objectives of the journal include: the dissemination of fundamental and applied economic research; the provision of up-to-date information on recent scientific advancements by domestic and international scholars; fostering awareness within the academic and business communities of contemporary developments in sustainable development, innovation-driven transformation, and strategic change across various levels; as well as promoting the visibility of scientific research and adherence to the principles of academic integrity.
